Rachel Smith

President and Founder

A woman speaking into a microphone at a county zoning hearing, wearing a cap that reads 'Morals Over Money' and a green T-shirt supporting Project Tango, with people seated behind her in a formal setting.

Rachel is a Florida native with a deep appreciation for her Great State.

After tirelessly fighting Project Tango, she realized the fight wasn’t over and National Data Impact Coalition was born.

Having spent 16 years in the customer service industry, she realized that her love for people can be transitioned into making lasting impacts within communities everywhere.

When she’s off the clock you can find her adventuring outdoors, fishing on the boat with her husband Eric, or in a dimly lit arcade playing pinball.

Two people skydiving, one with a big smile and the other wearing a helmet, free-falling above the clouds and land.

“I created this organization because I saw a need. After witnessing the community’s response to Project Tango, I knew there needed to be a group of people to spearhead this fight everywhere. I want to take our blueprint and share it with everybody.
This crew of people has fought hard and showed a deep dedication to our communities… I knew they were the perfect people to grow this movement with and I’m so grateful for this opportunity”
